My name is Bruno Peroni proprietor of “ Fudi Paraguay”.
We have been operating in the frozen food sector for over 7 month now. New to frozzen food processing and with 220 sq meters of floor space, 4 full time employees. We produce approximately 330 kg of frozen product monthly, 80% of which goes directly to our local market.
Dispite a somewhat difficult begining for us, with a government imposed quarantine, and the short time that we are in the market. We are very happy with our sales thus far.
The challenge for Fudi
In the future our plan is to introduce our products to supermarkets nation wide, not only remaining in the capital, we are also contemplating franchising.
The Solution
