Boil in water. Firex boiling pans, a simple and fundamental process
Boiling, or cooking in water, is a method of cooking food in which heat is transmitted to the food by boiling water. The ingredients can be immersed in cold water (broths, potatoes, legumes or whole fish) or boiling water (vegetables, meat, fish fillets and molluscs). To meet the needs of restaurants, canteens, cooking centres and small and medium-sized food industries, Firex has developed a series of industrial cookware with different heating systems and capacities that perfectly perform this type of cooking.
Preparations: broths, soups, boiled meat or fish, boiled vegetables.
