Boiling with the Firex kettles: an overview

Boiling, or cooking in water, is a cooking method in which food is heated by boiling water. Ingredients can either be soaked in cold water (broth, potatoes, pulses o fish) or boiling water (vegetables, meat, fish fillets and shellfish).
To make it easier, all professional boiling pans by Firex are equipped with a tap that automatically loads water and a valve to discharge the product in complete safety.

Ingredients and processes

With the industrial boiling pans by Firex you can cook:

  • Broth: both vegetable and meat based. Perfect during winter: to be served with tortellini and passatelli or to be used as base for lots of different recipes;
  • Pasta: quick and safe with Cucimix and Multicooker;
  • Rice: boiled to be served for example with chicken curry, or for a cold rice salad, or also Cantonese rice;
  • Soups: like caciucco (fish soup), chickpeas soup, onion soup and many more. Flavours are enhanced and all organoleptic properties of the products are perfectly preserved.
