My name is Marco Franceschet and together with my family I am the owner of Ristorazione Ottavian in San Vendemiano. We have been working in the food industry for over sixty years, catering for companies, schools and social-care facilities. My sister Stefania and I are the third generation and we proudly carry on the quality, the way our grandma taught us.

Our strength is that we can offer quality even in great quantities. That is possible thanks to the equipment we use in our kitchens and to the personnel, which is the core of our production.

The challenge for Ristorazione Ottavian

We have always aimed at high-end equipment in order to produce more efficiently and to be more consistent in the services we offer. Moreover, we value the security that high-performing machines provide for maintenance and durability.

The solution

That’s why we have been working with Firex in the last few years, a local company manufacturing special machines like pressure braising pans or tilting pressure braising pans. We started just with one or two machines so that we could test them and then over the years we bought pretty much the whole range of equipment. We have recently-bought-machines and some aged ones, which nonetheless operate and perform well.
