The challenge for Ozone Pastry &Co
My name is Federico Dalle Mule, I am 25 years old and I am the owner of Ozone Pastry &Co pastry shop in Feltre, province of Belluno.
I studied at ALMA, the international cooking school funded by Gualtiero Marchesi in Colorno (Parma).
After that, I had the pleasure to work in Pasticceria Veneta, a renowned pastry shop owned by Iginio Massari. And now, five years later, I am finally here in my own pastry shop.
Ozone Pastry &Co was born from the dream of two friends. My partner Elisa and I met two years ago, we immediately became good friends and today we celebrate our first year of business together.
The shop is located near the Dolomites and is still under development.
At the moment the production takes place in a 400 m² facility and we cater for our customers in Feltre as well as some other local businesses we work with.
Numbers are growing fast: during summer we were baking more than 300 croissants each day.
The company is young and dynamic, the team are passionate about and dedicated to their job.
The premises are nothing like what you’d imagine for a pastry shop. The walls are tinted dark, black is the main colour and the furniture is made of iron, glass and steel: the atmosphere is rock and elegant at the same time and colours take over the whole scene.
Here classic and modern blend together, as pastry must surprise and move but also bring back the cosy home feels and flavours.
Our goal for the future is to take our shop to a whole new level where the key concept would be inclusivity: we’d love to try and experience scents and flavours from many different cultures. A perfect match between past and present, a beautiful union of classic and modern.
